This was my third time buying this pair in the same size but they came too big. Customer service was completely unhelpful in remedying the situation. I will be switching to a new brand for white sneakers.

I love these shoes. They’re made of high-quality materials that look like they’ll last a long time. I ordered the off-white ones. They go with everything. It took a couple of weeks for me to break them in. Now that I’ve worn them about 10 times, they’re beginning to mold to the shape of my feet. These shoes were very stiff and uncomfortable right out of the box. I had to give them some time, but I can tell now these will be some of my most comfortable shoes. I measured my feet and ordered a size 40. I used the size chart as a reference. They fit perfectly.

I purchased these shoes for my daughter as a Christmas gift in November. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the extremely restrictive return policy of only 14 days. We had a delayed family celebration, and my daughter didn't try them on until New Years Day. She likes the shoes but they are too small. When I looked into exchanging them I realized it is too late. I'm now stuck with a pair of shoes that can't be worn. I have attempted to sell them privately but to date there are no takers. You're return policy is ridiculous in today's market, especially when considering the timing of Christmas gift purchases. Most retailers extend the return for Christmas to the end of January. I certainly wouldn't recommend purchasing from Vagabond to anyone.

Great shoes, like all from the Vagabond brand. I only wear your brand and I am satisfied. They are quality and indestructible shoes.

Super nice shoe! But I feel that the sole gets stained very quickly unlike the rest of the shoe so it looks "dirty" quickly. But otherwise a very nice model but unfortunately the color change is the deciding factor. And the lace breaks quickly. I've had the same shoe before in a different color where I experienced the same thing. Then I've had the shoe for 3 weeks and not every day and the lace is soon already broken
