What are my delivery options?
Shipping cost: £5
Free shipping over 65£. Unfortunately are we not able to deliver to Northern Ireland.
What is the delivery timeframe?
We will deliver your purchase within 3-5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Will any extra costs be added to my order?
No, duties and taxes paid for all UK orders.
How do I return?
Please follow the steps below:
- Go to our return page and follow the instructions to register your return and to generate the return shipping label
- Pack the items you wish to return in the original Vagabond box

Print all documents that you will receive attached in the return confirmation email and apply the shipping label visible on the outside of the package
- Leave the return at your nearest pick-up point or schedule a pick-up. Save the receipt as this is your proof of return

Do I need to pay to make a return?
No, we offer free returns. Note that if you paid extra for shipping, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
