Black Friday means a lot of shopping. That is ok, but perhaps sometimes too much? We suggest thinking twice and only buy what you really love. That is a sustainable way of consuming. Another way is using that discount and pass it on to someone else. This year 10% of what you buy will go to Humanium Metal by IM.
Humanium Metal by IM is a new material made from recycled metal from gun destruction programs, which are then made available for commercial production. Destroyed firearms can be recycled into components for buildings and furniture, but also bicycles, jewelry, utensils and buttons. Both the products made from the Humanium Metal and other funds, create new sources of funding for projects aiming to rebuild conflict torn societies.
By supporting Humanium Metal by IM we want to help spread awareness of the devastating impact of illegal firearms and armed violence which in turn can help the world become a more peaceful place.
